Several portal configurations require you to reboot your device before changes are implemented.
Please note that if you are using the PC Port of your phone, the connection will drop.
You can reboot your device in one of three ways.
- From your device menu:
- Navigate to your main menu.
- Navigate to Basic.
- Scroll down and select Reboot.
- Press Enter to reboot the device.
2. Hold down the X key until prompted to “Reboot the phone.”
Some models require you to hold the * key rather than the X key (e.g., the T57W).
3. Unplug your device's power source, and plug it back in.
