Poly Trio conference phones have reached their End-of-Life (EoL) status, which means that firmware updates and troubleshooting assistance for firmware-related issues is limited by net2phone Canada. While support is limited, these devices will continue to function on the Sonar platform.

Poly Trio 8800 Button Guide 

Designed for busy professionals, the Poly Trio 8800 IP conference phone has a familiar interface.

  1. Speaker Microphones: Sends your audio and provides received audio and ringer. 
  2. Volume Keys: Turn up or down the volume of the ringer and speaker. 
  3. Mute Key: Mute your microphone audio from being heard. You can toggle this key to turn the microphone on and off. Connect a USB through this port.
  4. Device Port: Connect your device to a wall port.  
  5.  NFC (Near Field Communication): Enables you to connect Bluetooth devices. 
  6. Touchscreen with Home key: Allows you to access many features through the phone, similar to the interface to a touchscreen on a smartphone.
