ACCESSING CONTACT DIRECTORY
Viewing your contact directory is easy!
Polycom Desk Phones
The same procedure is used for all the Polycom VVX desk phone series.
1. From the Home view, select Directories.
2. Select Contact Directory.
From here you can scroll through your contacts using the arrow keys on the navigation pad.
Polycom SoundStation Conference Phones
The same procedure is used for all the Polycom SoundStation conference phones.
1. Press the Menu button.
2. Using the arrow buttons, select Features.
3. Select Contact Directory.
Tip!
You can use the pound key (#) to jump to the bottom of the page and the star key (*) to jump to the top.
CREATING NEW CONTACTS
To view your contact directory open the main menu, and select Directories then Contact Directory.
Creating New Contacts
1. Navigate to Directories, then Contact Directory.
2. Press Add.
3. Add in the information for your new contact.
4. Press Save before exiting.
You can choose the information you want to enter for each contact; however, you are required to include the contact's number and name.
