SHARING YOUTUBE VIDEOS IN HUDDLE

As hybrid working models have become the new normal: simple things, such as sharing a video during a meeting, can become an unexpected challenge. HOW TO SHARE A YOUTUBE VIDEO IN A HUDDLE CONFERENCE 

  1. While on a conference call, click the "More Actions" button in the bottom right corner. 
  2. Click Share a Youtube Video
  3. Insert the URL for the video you want to share. 
  4. Click Share.

Stop Sharing a YouTube Video

  1. Click the "More Actions" button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Click Stop Video.  
  3. In the pop-up screen that asks if you are sure you want to stop the video, click Remove

Tips!

Hover over the video to access YouTube controls, such as volume, closed captions, playback speed, and video quality. 

Click the screen that is over the video to pause and resume. 

Copy and paste the youtube URL for quick retrieval before your meeting begins when presenting.
