ZOHO INTEGRATION

Versature offers an integration with the Zoho CRM Platform. Along with instantaneous click-to-dial, the Versature integration provides a click-to-answer pop-up with useful contact information and documentation options. 

What Zoho plan do you have? 

You must have the Standard (or above) Zoho plan to have access to integrations and add-ons.

DOWNLOAD THE INTEGRATION 

1.  Open the Versature integration in the Zoho Marketplace.

2. Open the integration and click Start.

3. Click Accept allow call log data and caller/callee information.

4. Sign in using your Versature credentials



USING THE ZOHO INTEGRATION 

The Zoho integration has two primary functions, click-to-dial and an informative caller-ID pop-up for incoming calls. 

CLICK TO DIAL 

Simply click the green phone icon to instantly dial-out any number. 

CALLER ID POP-UP 

When you receive an incoming call, you will see a pop-up with the contact information. From this up pop-up, you can see the:

  • contact owner,
  • email,
  • department,
  • phone, and, 
  • mobile. 

After a call is complete, you can quickly add follow-up events/calls/tasks right from the integrated pop-up. 

CALL HISTORY

Within Zoho CRM, you can see your call history under the Reports tab.
