HOW TO ADD TEXT-TO-SPEECH TO INTRO GREETINGS
TIPS!
- If you have non-English speaking clients, record your greetings in all languages that may be applicable.
- Your greeting will only play once, so don’t speak too quickly and repeat any vital information that may need to be written down.
- Test your music-on-hold introductory greeting by calling your own extension and placing yourself on hold.
- You can choose any music to be used on hold, however, net2phone Canada recommends using royalty-free music only.
