NEW OUTBOUND REPORT

Many call center supervisors and office managers can benefit from the quick and efficient Outbound Reports generated in Google Sheets™️ with the Versature add-on. 

GENERATING A NEW OUTBOUND REPORT  

1. In a new sheet, open the Versature add-on. 

Don't know how to create a sheet? Check out the Google Sheet™️ Basics article! 

2.  In the right-hand sidebar, click the drop-down menu for "Select Report" and choose Outbound Report. 

3. Choose the queue.

4. Choose a time frame. 

5. Click Generate

6. At the bottom of the spreadsheet, click your newly generated outbound report. 

 



CUSTOMIZE YOUR REPORT

Once your report has is generated, you can customize it, so the data displays in the most comprehensible way for you. For example, I choose to make the following changes to my report. 

1. Add a column converting outbound seconds to outbound minutes.

2. Sorted Total Outbound Calls from lowest to highest to see outbound productivity. 

3. Added alternating colors for readability.
