Poly VoIP phones require a direct Ethernet connection; if a device is utilizing the PC port of the phone, your connection will drop.
You can reboot a Poly Trio C60 in one of two ways.
- From the device, navigate to Home, then Settings.
- Select Basic.
- Select Reboot Phone.
- Alternatively, you can unplug Ethernet (Power), wait 30 seconds, and reconnect.
