HOW TO ADD A PAYMENT METHOD IN SONAR

This article will explain how to add a payment method in the SONAR portal so you can pay invoices online. Your payment method must be a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card.

You must be an Office Manager to access Account Preferences. 

Learn how to access the Account Preferences section of SONAR.

  1. Navigate to "Account Preferences" view. 
  2. Click the Payments tab in the SONAR portal.
  3. Ensure you are in the Add Payment Method tab.
  4. Enter the credit card number.
  5. Select the expiry date using the drop-down menus.
  6. Enter the cardholder's name.
  7. Select your Country.
  8. Select the State or Province.
  9. Enter the Address, City, and Postal/ZIP code.
  10. Click the Submit button to save your payment method.

Automatic payments 

If you would like to set up automatic payments, please call our billing team, and they will approve your automatic payment method. To contact the Canadian billing team, call 1-877-498-3772, and choose option 4 for billing.
