Make a One-Time Payment in the Billing Portal

You can pay your invoice directly through the net2phone Canada Billing Portal. 

As of July 1st, 2025, net2phone Canada is no longer accepting one-time manual payments over the phone. 

Invoice History

Payments are automatically applied to your oldest unpaid invoice. Learn how to Find your Current Balance and Invoice History. 

 

How to Access the Payment Page 

You can make a one-time payment with a Saved Payment Method or by adding a New Payment Method. net2phone Canada accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and AMEX credit cards as well as  Mastercard-debit and Visa-debit cards. 

  1. Log in to the net2phone Canada Billing Portal. 
  2. From the Account Dashboard, locate your Current Balance tile (at the top of the main page).
    If you have additional credit on your account, your current balance will display a negative integer. 
  3. Click the Make a Payment button.
  4.  Review the amount to be paid, and adjust if needed. 
    Your current outstanding balance will auto-populate the amount-paid box. 
    Payments cannot be zero dollars. 
  5. Choose to pay through either a Saved Payment Method or by adding a New Payment Method. 

How to Pay with a Saved Payment Method 

From the Make a Payment page, you can pay with a saved payment method: 

  1. Choose from the list of saved payment methods (select one by clicking the circle radio button on the left). 
  2. Click the Pay button and wait for the system to accept or decline. 
    If a payment is marked as Pending, you must wait for your bank to clear or decline it before submitting another. The system does not allow multiple payments at the same time.

Payment Accepted! 

The Pay button will turn green with a success notification before redirecting you to the Account Dashboard.  Users with Billing Portal notifications enabled will receive payment accepted or declined email notices. 

 

Payment Declined! 

If your payment is declined you will see an error message in red text: 

The card has been declined. [When a card is declined, the error returned also includes the decline_code attribute with the reason why the card was declined.] 

Ensure you have entered the payment information correctly.

How to Pay with a New Payment Method 

From the payment page, you can add a new payment method:

  1. Click Add New Payment Method.
  2. Enter your Credit Card information. 
  3. Review and update your billing address if necessary. 
    The billing address inputs will automatically populate with your saved Billing Portal address. 
  4. Review and update the billing email address you want associated with this payment method. 
    The email input will automatically populate with the top Billing Portal user's email, found on the Manage Users page. 
  5. (Optional) Click the Save Payment Method checkbox to keep these payment details for future use. 
  6. (Optional) Click the Save for Auto Pay checkbox to enable automatic payments using this payment method. 
  7. Click the Pay button.
    Payment Success! After completing a one-time payment, whether using a saved or new payment method, you'll be redirected to the Billing Portal's Account Dashboard. Your payment details will automatically update to reflect the most recent transaction.
