Find your Current Balance and Track your Transaction History

Easily find your account's current balance at the top of the main Billing Portal page, the Account Dashboard. Additionally, you can download a PDF invoice by scrolling to the bottom of the Account Dashboard in the Transaction History table. 

Download your Call Data Records (CDRs) from the Billing Portal 

Once you have received your July 2025 net2phone Canada invoice, you can download June Call Data Records (CDRs) in the net2phone Billing Portal, within the Transaction History, Invoice > Invoice Transaction Details page.

For historical invoices (retroactive up to 6 months), Office Managers can download “billed exports” CDRs from Manage Organization > Call History.

Find Your Current Balance 

You can find your current balance at the top of the Account Dashboard. 

  1. Open to the net2phone Canada Billing Portal (use Google Chrome for optimal experience). 
  2. Log in using your Billing Portal username and password (found in the Billing Portal Welcome Email).
  3. View your Current Balance at the top of the Account Dashboard.

If you click the Make a Payment button within the Current Balance tile, your current outstanding balance will automatically populate the payment page. 

Top Current Balance May Differ from Transaction History Table 

Credits applied to future invoices are included in your Current Balance tile, but will not appear in the Transaction History table until the relevant invoice is finalized and posted to your account.

 

View Your Invoice History 

The Transaction History table is located at the bottom of the Account Dashboard. Use the Transaction History table to:

  • View up to 24 months of transaction history.
  • Filter by date or transaction type (invoice, payment, credit, refund).
  • Click the Transaction ID to view detailed transaction breakdowns. 
  • Click the $ Invoice icon within the download column to download a PDF copy of your invoice.

The table has eight columns from left to right:

  1. Transaction ID – Click the Transaction ID Number to open the Transaction Details page; you can download CDR spreadsheets from the Transaction Details page. 
  2. Transaction Type – Displays the billing records by type: Invoice, Payment, Credit, or Refund. 
  3. Transaction Date – Displays the recorded date of the transaction. 
  4. Description – Provides details for the recorded transaction, such as Invoice, Refund ID, Credit ID, and Payment Type. Payment Types include: 
    1. Credit Card, 
    2. Bank Upload, 
    3. Historical Credit Card (Payments before July 1st , 2025, will display as Historical Credit Card). 
  5. Credit – Displays payments received and cleared. 
  6. Debit – Displays invoice amounts charged to the account, and any refunds the account receives.
  7. Balance – Always refer to the top summary boxes for your most current balance. The balance shown in the Transaction History does not reflect credits added to future invoices. 
  8. Download – Column offers invoice PDF downloads. 

If the entries exceed the rows displayed, you'll find page scroll options at the bottom of the table. You can display 10, 50, or 100 rows. 


Transaction Details 

Within the Transaction History table, you can click the Transaction ID Number (leftmost column)  to open the Transaction Details page for any transaction type. 


Download Invoices PDFs & Export CDR Spreadsheets 

You can download invoice PDFs directly from the dynamic Transaction History table. You must open the Transaction Details page to download CDRs. 

Access CDRs for up to 6 months and Invoice PDFs for up to 24-months

If you need CDRs past 6 months, or invoice PDF copies past 24 months, you must contact net2phone Canada.

Download Invoice PDFs 

Follow the steps below to download a PDF copy of an invoice. For a full breakdown of invoice download information, check out the Academy article Understand Invoice PDFs.  

  1. Scroll down the Account Dashboard page to the Transaction History table.
  2. Find the invoice you want.
  3. Click the dollar sign icon in the Download column.
  4. Retrieve the PDF from your browser's download list.

Export CDR Spreadsheets 

Follow the steps below to download a Call Data Record (CDR) export. 

  1. Within the Transaction History table, click the Transaction ID Number for the appropriate invoice.
  2. Click the Export drop-down menu from the Transaction Details page.
  3. Choose a CDR file format (CSV, XLS, or PDF).
