Create Groups In Attendant Console

The Attendant Console allows you to quickly and easily transfer calls. Groups help receptionists of larger organizations process calls with ease. 

Note 

The Attendant Console already stores your Favorite contacts as a group. 

 

How to Create Groups in the Attendant Console 

  1. Log in to the Sonar portal using your net2phone Canada credentials. 
  2. Click the Attendant Console button at the top of the page. 
  3. Under the Contacts tab, click the plus icon above the "Sort by" drop-down.
  4. Enter your group name. 
  5. Select the contacts you want to comprise the group. 
  6. Click Save

The newly created group is next to the plus icon you used to create the group (step #3 above). The selected contacts are displayed in the contact list.

You can edit or delete the group by clicking the pencil icon next to the group's name.
