Poly IP phones require a direct Ethernet connection; if the Poly device utilizes the PC port (on the phone), your connection will drop. 

You can reboot a Poly Edge in one of two ways.

1. From the device, simultaneously hold keys #1, #3 and #0 on the keypad. 
           
2. From the device, navigate to Home, then Settings. 
   1. Select Basic. 
   2. Select Restart Phone.
