Learn how to Access, Filter, and Export your Personal Call History. Use the circular navigation pad arrows to find your recent call history from your Yealink desk phone. 

Press the left and right arrows to switch between missed, paced, received, and forwarded call lists, and press the up and down arrows to select the desired entry. 

For more information about the call, press the Option soft key, then use the arrow keys to select Detail. 

Alternatively, you can view call history by selecting Directories and then Recent Calls.
