Share a Huddle Meeting Link with an External Guest

Sharing a Huddle Video Conference link when you need to connect is an excellent alternative to an audio-only phone call. 

Sharing Huddle Meeting Links with External Guests 

You can share your Huddle meeting link with anyone! Even if they don’t have a net2phone account. External participants can join the meeting through the "Join the meeting" link or by dialing in using the provided phone number and PIN in the meeting details. The meeting passcode (if required) is also listed in the invite.

When you copy all meeting information, your pasted format will appear as follows: 

[Your Name] is inviting you to a meeting.

Join the meeting:
https://huddle.net2phone.com/ede-6a6-lna?guestPassword=znb254jz

If you need the meeting passcode you can use znb254jz.

To join by phone instead, use the following dial-in number: +17783815397 and PIN: 766383

 

How to Start and Share a Huddle 

Follow the steps below to learn how to copy all Meeting Information in a few clicks. 

  1. Log in to Huddle Video Conference using your net2phone Canada Credentials. 
  2. From the main landing page, click the Start Huddle button. 
  3. Within the Huddle Video Pre-Lobby Settings page, click the Information icon to reveal your Meeting Info. 
  4. Click Copy All. 
  5. In an email or chat thread, paste the Meeting Info to send to your external contact. 
    Success: All internal and external attendees can click the Join Now button to enter the Huddle conference room. 

How to Share a Scheduled Meeting

A Recurring Meeting does not require an official time and date for Huddle to save your private conference room. Check out: Connecting Huddle to Your Google or Microsoft Calendar to learn how to sync your professional calendar with the Huddle Video Conference app. 

Follow the steps below to learn how to schedule a future Huddle meeting and send the meeting information details to intended recipients.  

  1. Log in to Huddle Video Conference using your net2phone Canada Credentials. 
  2. From the main landing page, click the Your Meetings button.
  3. Click the plus icon to add a new Huddle meeting room. 
  4. Within the "Add Recurring Huddle" pop-up, enter a name for your Huddle meeting room. 
  5. Click the Add button to save. 
  6. The pop-up will close, and you can find your new scheduled Huddle meeting in the Your Meetings list. 
  7. Click the Information icon for your intended Huddle meeting. 
  8. Click the Copy Info button to quickly grab all your Huddle meeting details. 
  9. Paste the Huddle Information in an email or chat thread to send to your external guests. 
    Success: All participants can open the Huddle pre-lobby room and click Join Now when ready to conference!
