The Poly CCX series offers colour touch-screen desk phones, ideal for multimedia calls through Zoom or MS Teams.

What does the CCX 600 have that the CCX 500 doesn't? 

Aside from a bigger screen, the CCX 600 has Wi-Fi network connectivity (2.4GHz, 5GHz). 

Additionally, the CCX 600 has the ability to connect with Algo 8036 for video intercom functionality. 

POLY CCX 500 OVERVIEW 

  1.  LED light indicator.  Flashing red indicates incoming calls or new messages. 
  2. Volume control. Turn up or down the volume of the ringer and speaker.
  3. Touchscreen. Allows you to access many features through the phone, similar to the interface if a touchscreen on a smartphone.
  4. Headset. Enables you to use a headset connected to the phone rather than the handset attached to the phone base.
  5. Speakerphone indicator. Turn on and off the speakerphone option, which glows green when active. 
  6. Mute key. Mute your microphone audio from being heard. You can toggle this key to turn the microphone on and off.
  7. Speaker Microphones. Sends your audio and provides received audio and ringer.
