Limited Support Notice 

The Poly SoundStation 6000 has reached End-of-Life (EoL) status, which means that firmware updates and troubleshooting assistance for firmware-related issues is limited by net2phone Canada. While support is limited, these devices will continue to function on the Sonar platform.

Poly SoundStation 6000 Button Guide 

Designed for busy professionals, the Poly SoundStation 6000 IP conference phone has a familiar interface.

  1. LED Light Status Indicator: Displays the current status of the device.
  2. Scroll Keys: Navigate through the information on the display screen.
  3. Select Key: Choose a submenu or feature on the display screen.
  4. Soft Keys: Access context-specific options as shown directly above them on the screen.
  5. Display Screen: View and interact with various menus and features, including the handset phonebook, call log, and system settings.
  6. Menu Key: Access the main menu, features, settings, and configuration options. Use this key to exit a screen and return to the idle screen.
  7. Exit Key: Return to the previous menu.
  8. Place/Answer/End Call Key: Place a call after dialling, answer incoming calls, or end a call.
  9. Redial Key: Redial the last call you made.
  10. Mute Key: Toggle the microphone on or off to mute or unmute your audio.
  11. Dial Keys: Standard 12-key phone dial pad for making calls and entering characters.
  12. Volume Control Keys: Adjust the volume of the ringer and speaker.
 
 

Poly SoundStation 6000 LED Light Indicators 

Solid Red A call is on mute.
Flashing Red  A call is on hold. 
Solid Green Dial-tone is available, or a call is in progress.  
Flashing Green A call is coming in.
