HOW TO ADD YOUR CALLER ID NUMBER 

You must be an Office Manager to access Account Preferences. 

Learn how to access the Account Preferences section of SONAR.

  1. Click the Caller ID Numbers tab in the Account Preferences view. 
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter a description of the Caller ID. 
  4. Choose a phone number from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Click Create to save.
  6. Once you have added the number in SONAR, any user type (basic user, call center agent, call center supervisor) can select it from the Chrome Click to Dial extension.
    1. Click the app icon in your browser.
    2. Click the caller ID description below the Versature logo. 
    3. Scroll and select the call ID you want to use to as your outbound number.
