FAX-TO-EMAIL

Versature offers fax-to-email, which allows you to send and receive faxes from a designated email address. If you already have a fax included with your Versature bundle, this feature comes at no additional cost.  

RECEIVING A FAX 

When receiving faxes, emails will always come from "fax@net2phone.com". 

If you are not receiving faxes, 

First, check your spam folder for fax@net2phone.com, if you don't find it, check with whoever manages your email to ensure fax@net2phone.com is whitelisted. 

Faxes that are sent to your fax number will be received to your designated email address in PDF format. 

SENDING A FAX 

Your fax has been configured with a designated email address. You must send faxes from that address, e.g.,  support@versature.com to the fax number as format below. 

designated-fax-number-recipient@fax.net2phone.com 

The phone number must include a "1" before the phone number and the area code. 

E.g.,

From: support@versature.com 

To: 12223334444@fax.net2phone.com

The body of the email will send in the fax as well as any document attachments (PDFs, word docs. 

Once you have sent your fax, you will receive an email confirming if the fax was successful or not. 

CREATE FAX GROUPS

Only one email address per fax number; if your organization has a group of people who use the fax you can contact whoever manages your email to create a group email, which everyone can use to send and receive. For example, at Versature or Techincal Support team can send and receive emails from support@versature.com, so with a designated fax number every member can use fax-to-email.  

SET UP YOUR FAX-TO-EMAIL TODAY

To enable this feature contact our Fulfillment Team by dialing 611 from your Versature device or by calling 1-877-498-3772 and choosing option #3. Emails will be responded to within 1 business day and can be sent to orders@versature.com.
