FAX-TO-EMAIL

Fax-to-email allows you to send and receive faxes from a designated email address(es). You can add fax-to-email at any time by contacting the fulfillment team (see bottom of article). If you already have fax included with your net2phone Canada bundle and want to switch to fax-to-email, you can do so with no additional cost. 

RECEIVING A FAX 

When receiving faxes, emails will always come from "fax@net2phone.com". 

If you are not receiving faxes, 

First, check your spam folder for fax@net2phone.com, if you don't find it, check with whoever manages your email to ensure fax@net2phone.com is whitelisted. 

Faxes that are sent to your fax number will be received to your designated email address in PDF format. 

SENDING A FAX 

Your fax has been configured with designated email addresses. You must send faxes from that address, e.g., support@net2phone.ca to the fax number in the format below. 

Delete

ONLY 1 RECEIPIENT 

You cannot send a fax to more than 1 recipient at a time. 

designated-fax-number-recipient@fax.net2phone.com

The phone number must include a "1" before the phone number and the area code. 

E.g.,

From: support@net2phone.ca 

To: 12223334444@fax.net2phone.com 

The body of the email will send in the fax as well as any document attachments (PDFs, word docs. 

Once you have sent your fax, you will receive an email confirming if the fax was successful or not.

To enable this feature contact our Fulfillment Team by dialing 611 from your net2phone Canada device or by calling 1-877-498-3772 and choosing option #3. Emails will be responded to within 1 business day and can be sent to orders@net2phone.ca
