Update your Billing Information

Is your organization moving locations? Update your organization’s billing information in your account's Billing Portal Profile.

How to Update Billing Information

All Billing Portal users have access and permission to update billing information. 

  1. Log in to the net2phone Canada Billing Portal.
  2. From the Account Dashboard, navigate to the Billing Address section.
  3. Click the Edit Profile button.
  4. Click the Change button next to the section you want to update. You can modify your account's:
    1. Bill To name,
    2. Billing address (does not need to be the same as your Account Preference Service Address(es), which are used for taxes), 
    3. Billing email addresses (add up to three email addresses by separating them using a comma), and,
    4. Time zone (changing this will affect your entire organization's transaction history, call times, and when invoices are posted).  
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
    To discard changes, click Cancel to retain your existing information. 

Billing Notifications

Please refer to our Manage Users in the Billing Portal article for more information on enabling and disabling Billing Portal notifications for each user. 

Billing Portal Email Notifications are sent for:

  • Accepted and declined payment notices 
  • New invoices posted 
  • Unpaid Invoice reminders
