Activate your Sonar Account by Accepting the Welcome Email

Welcome to Sonar! To begin using your account, you’ll need to activate it by accepting the Welcome Email we sent you.

Don't wait: welcome emails have a 24-hour expiry

You will receive a welcome email that contains a link prompting you to complete your account setup by creating your password and voicemail PIN. You must complete your account setup within 24 hours or the link will expire. 

 

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

Look for an email from net2phone Canada with the subject line “Welcome to Sonar”. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Inside the email, click the Accept Invitation button.

Step 3: Create Your Password and Voicemail PIN

You’ll be redirected to the Sonar login page to set your new password and voicemail. Choose a secure password that you’ll remember. 

Your password must:

  • be a minimum of 12 characters,
  • contain at least 1 capital letter,
  • contain at least 1 number, and,  
  • contain at least 1 special character. 

Your pin must:

  • be at least 4 digits.
  • be only numbers.
  • be a combination of different numbers.
  • be in a non-sequential order.

Step 4: Save and Log In

Click Save when you're done. Once your password is created, you can log in anytime at https://www.net2phone.com/en-ca/sonar-client-login

net2phone Canada Credentials

You will receive a welcome email that contains a link prompting you to complete your account setup by creating your password and voicemail PIN.  Unsure of your first log-in? At net2phone Canada, we use the same username and password to log into all of our products. 

Your username is always your extension number @ your domain.

   e.g., 101@exampledomain.com

Your password needs to contain 8 characters, with at least 1 capital letter and 1 number.

   e.g., Mypassword1

Trouble Activating?

If you didn’t receive the Welcome Email or the link has expired:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Ask your IT team to whitelist @net2phone.ca
  • Contact our support team to resend the invitation
