Welcome to the Billing Portal!

Welcome to the net2phone Billing Portal! You will be invited to join via email, with a link, your username, and a temporary password included in the details. You must create a new, secure password during your first login. If your welcome email has timed out, you can initiate a Billing Portal Password reset by clicking the Forgot Password link from the Billing Portal login page. 

Download your Call Data Records (CDRs) from the Billing Portal 

Once you have received your July 2025 net2phone Canada invoice, you can download June Call Data Records (CDRs) in the net2phone Billing Portal, within the Transaction History, Invoice > Invoice Transaction Details page.

For historical invoices (retroactive up to 6 months), Office Managers can download “billed exports” CDRs from Manage Organization > Call History.

Your First Billing Portal Login 

Every Billing Portal user receives the same welcome email, including a link to the Billing Portal login page, your username, and a temporary password. 

Password Requirments

Whether you are creating a secure password for the first time, or recovering forgotten passwords, the requirements are the same. 

Your Billing Portal password must:

  • contain at least 15 characters in length
  • contain more than 1 digit
  • should contain a combination of both upper and lower case characters
 
  1. Open your email inbox and search for the net2phone Billing Portal Welcome Email. 
    The sender will be no-reply@net2phone.com. 
    If you're having trouble finding the email, check your Spam and Trash folders. 
  2. Click the secure Billing Portal login link. 
  3. Enter your username and temporary password into the appropriate fields. 
  4. Create a new secure password and reenter it to confirm.
    Follow the password format requirements listed on the right.
  5. Click Login. 

After logging in, you will land on the main Billing Portal page, the Account Dashboard. From here, you can view recent billing activity and access payment options. Learn how to:

Having Trouble Logging in?

If you are experiencing issues logging into the Billing Portal, try our first troubleshooting steps: 

  • Verify that you are entering the correct username. 
  • Ensure you do not have caps-lock enabled. 
  • Ensure there are no extra white spaces after your username or password. 
  • Check if your account was locked from too many login attempts. 

If your still unable to login, or if you have further questions, contact our Technical Support team for assistance.

  • Dial 611 from your net2phone Canada device for immediate help.
  • Call 1-877-498-3772 and select option #3 for technical support.
  • Email us at support@net2phone.ca for a response within 1 business day.
