Identify Your Connected Devices in the Sonar Portal

Not sure which phone(s) you're using? No need to guess! You can easily check all your connected devices directly in the Sonar portal. 

Access the Phones Tab

Navigate to the Phones tab in the Sonar portal to view a list of all connected devices.

Check Device Status

  • A green checkmark means your device is online.
  • A red X indicates the device is offline.

Identify Multiple Devices

If you have multiple devices, each extension will be listed with a letter beside it.

  • Primary device: No letter (e.g., 200).
  • Additional devices: Labeled with letters (e.g., 200b, 200c).
  • Mobile App: 123m
  • SONAR Phone: 123wp
  • Additional Hardphones: 123b, 123c, 123e, etc.

If your device is online, you will see a green checkmark, if your device is offline, you still see a red X.
